Developer Services

SCOPE:  This joint venture with Cappagh delivers clean-water and waste-water connections for Thames Water Developer Services in the South London area.  The long bidding process took into account the extensive experience of both companies within the Thames Valley area and builds on the many years of expertise both bring in terms of clean-water and waste-water activity in London. 

The contract is part of the £5 billion that Thames Water is investing across London and the Thames Valley during this AMP period.

 The work involves the supply of new connections, both clean-water and waste-water in London South Central and London South East for a diverse range of domestic and major developer customers.

Activities include the extension of both sewer and water mains to accommodate potential future development and population growth.
