Our Intelligent Solutions team works to evaluate if/where the latest technology can be implemented to deliver suitable solutions. The Intelligent Solutions team then effectively project manages the delivery of each solution with the client.

The Applied Innovation Model (AIM) is Morrison Utility Services’ fresh approach to innovation.

AIM focuses on the implementation of innovation to address real operational and commercial issues, and turn these into business as usual processes.  AIM replaces the previous Morrison Utility Services innovation programme i2i.

AIM captures the opportunities and challenges we face every day, fosters collaboration and shares appropriate solutions.  This approach can be replicated and integrated into working practices across our business.

Innovation can come from any area of the business and can include improving equipment, new ways of working or anything that improves daily processes.
