Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) and Scottish Water are delighted to have achieved ISO4401 – the standard for the effective identification, development and management of collaborative business relationships within or between organisations.
CWA was formed in 2014 by Morrison Utility Services (MUS) and AECOM to support the water infrastructure works which form part of Scottish Water’s capital investment programme. For the past five years, Scottish Water and CWA have worked together in partnership to deliver SR15, a clean water infrastructure programme aiming to improve Scotland’s clean and wastewater infrastructure.
CWA Contract Director, David Sanderson, commented: “This is a fantastic achievement for all involved in the programme and demonstrates the maturity of the relationship and the trust that has been established within the framework.”
Peter Carolan, Executive Director at MUS, added: “This is a great achievement for the team at Caledonia Water Alliance. It demonstrates what we believe to be a collaborative and constructive relationship, which is confirmed by the standards set out in ISO 44001.”
