Morrison Utility Services named Best Newcomer at the 2017 WOW! Awards

Morrison Utility Services is delighted to have been named Best Newcomer at the 2017 WOW! Awards. The award was presented to the MUS Thames Water smart metering team based in Langley at a gala ceremony at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London.

However, it’s vitally important that we provide customers with an opportunity to praise the great work that our people carry out. The WOW! Awards is the only independent awards process for great customer service based purely on customer compliments. The Best Newcomer Award recognises the organisation which has launched The WOW! Awards scheme in the past 12 months and have successfully established the initiative into its company.
