We have been named as a finalist in the 2015 Utility Week awards.
We have been shortlisted in the category of IT Initiative of the Year for our development of a fully integrated smart metering solution on behalf of Thames Water.
Developed by the MUS Business Process Improvement (BPi) team, the solution is the first of its kind to offer end-to-end automation throughout a job lifecycle. Its deployment enables us, and joint venture partner Galliford Try, to successfully manage 250,000 smart meter jobs per annum – efficiently servicing Thames Water’s smart meter customers in London and across the Thames Valley.
The Utility Week Achievement Awards recognise service excellence and operational innovation across the UK utility industry. The awards bring the electricity, gas and water industries together to reward the very best business practice in the last year. Entries are judged by independent panels of industry experts and the awards will take place on December 14th at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
