OptiMUS is central to our activity management and continuous improvement strategy. OptiMUS enhances work management processes as it is a highly configurable system which enables the development of core modules based on regulator, client and organisational requirements, in turn making it one of our most bespoke systems to date. As OptiMUS is cloud based, it enables agile development so there is no need to re-install software on individual computers following system updates; consequently there is no risk of out of date versions being used.
Our purpose in creating OptiMUS was to increase business efficiency through the integration of disparate systems and processes, and by encouraging and facilitating collaboration with clients and subcontractors throughout project delivery. By integrating systems and processes, eliminating duplication and providing a single source of accurate work management data, OptiMUS helps us reduce costs, pass on efficiency savings, and gather and apply reliable business intelligence to improve our services to clients.
